You can request a return within 4 days of receiving your order.

📦 What’s Required for Return

A complete unboxing video is mandatory.
(The video must start before the package is opened and clearly show the issue.)
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

🚫 Return Not Accepted If:

No unboxing video is provided
The return request is raised after 4 days
The product is damaged due to misuse or negligence

💸 Refunds

Once your return is approved and the product is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
